Sponsorship and Exhibit Opportunities

The Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine hosts two member conferences a year, in May and November. Sponsors and exhibitors are enthusiastically welcomed to showcase their products and services. Conferences are attended by representatives from virtually ALL of CCAOM's member colleges.

Hosted Events

Sponsors are enthusiastically encouraged to promote their products and services at a hosted educational session during the conference. CCAOM hosted event sponsorships are highly coveted, limited opportunities to connect with chief decision makers from AOM colleges across the country! Sponsors enjoy:

  • Exclusivity - No other sessions conflict with your hosted event for maximum attendance!
  • Flexibility – Total authority over presentation format, content, menu, A/V, giveaways, etc.

Table-top Exhibits

Based on overwhelming demand, a new conference sponsorship opportunity was recently added! Here's your opportunity to meet with key influencers from AOM colleges and display your products & services during the entire conference! What’s included?

  • A six-foot, draped table in a prominent location adjacent to the session meeting room
  • Unlimited opportunity to network with attendees before and after all sessions
  • Tables secured after hours by hotel staff for exhibitor convenience

Can’t spare the staff? No problem - for a nominal additional charge, CCAOM staff will handle all responsibilities related to set-up, tear-down, return shipping, etc. Interested? Ask for a custom quote!
