CNT Review Course Frequently Asked Questions

 

If I completed the in-person CNT course several years ago, can I complete the CNT Review Course to meet the NCCAOM’s requirements?

Contact the NCCAOM for confirmation before registering for the CNT Review Course. If you completed the in-person CNT course more than six years before your NCCAOM application date, repeating the course may be necessary.

I have registered for the CNT Review Course and submitted payment information; how do I access the Online Module?

Once your registration has been approved, you will be notified via email. In your approval email, there will be a link to the Online Module. Additionally, you can log in to our website and access the Online Module from your CCAOM Portal.

The NCCAOM has not received CNT Review Course completion information. What should I do?

If your CNT Review Course certificate could not be uploaded to the NCCAOM’s portal, you will receive an email from the CCAOM, requesting that you ask the NCCAOM to add your name to the Educator’s Portal. When this has been completed, let the CCAOM office know and your certificate will be uploaded to the NCCAOM’s portal.

I decided not to take the course after all, how do I get a refund?

Due to the nature of the course, CCAOM will not issue refunds for the course once your registration has been approved and you have been given access to the materials.

I did not pass the course. What should I do?

If you do not pass the CNT Review Course, you must wait 30 days to re-register to take it again. You will be charged the full course fee.
