CCAOM leadership and staff are acutely aware that the unavoidable temporary suspension of in-person CNT classes has impacted our school communities. A task force convened by our CNT Committee several weeks ago has been tirelessly working to evaluate options to expedite the resumption of CNT classes. They are entrenched in investigating and analyzing alternatives to delivering the course while in-person sessions are not feasible. Key priorities include safety, preservation of course integrity, accessibility and mitigation of liability and risk. A recommendation to the CCAOM leadership will be presented as soon as possible. Additional information will be posted and distributed once a recommendation has been approved.
If a CNT course is cancelled due to a COVID-19 related school closing or local quarantine, you will be notified via email. CCAOM will also update this page to reflect course cancellations (see below). In the event of an emergency or last-minute cancellation, CCAOM will also update our office voicemail message. In the event of a cancellation, applicants will be given two options:

CCAOM encourages all individuals to continue to follow the protection and prevention guidelines outlined by both the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 (fever, cough, sore throat, etc.) prior to or on the day of your scheduled CNT course, do not attend. Instead, call our office at 410-464-6060 or email us at email@example.com to notify us of your situation. You will receive a full refund or be switched into another available course with no charge. If we are unavailable when you call, leave a message with your full name and course date/location and we will get back to you to discuss your cancellation or switch.
CCAOM encourages applicants to stay up-to-date by checking the Centers for Disease Control’s Coronavirus Disease 2019 Information for Travel, as well as the World Health Organization’s Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) travel advice. These organizations have provided current risk assessment by location, information for travelers, frequently asked questions, and information about travel warnings, alerts, and watch levels. The CCAOM will not assume responsibility for any personal expenses incurred by individuals relating to course attendance, including but not limited to, travel or accommodations, so if you are traveling to a CNT course you may wish to purchase travel insurance.
