Vendor Presentation Guidelines:
The Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine meets biannually at various locations in the U.S. in the spring and fall. Organizations (including vendors of AOM products and services) that wish to host a luncheon or dinner for the Council members at these meetings may contact the Councilís national office at Executivedirector@ccaom.comcastbiz.net to submit a proposal. The Councilís Executive Committee will review proposals and determine their suitability for a luncheon or dinner event. In making its suitability determination, the Executive Committee will endeavor to ensure that:
- the proposed luncheon or dinner can be scheduled so as not to conflict with any other events;
- any presentation by the organization is designed to: (i) provide information to the Council members that is of general interest to the Councilís member colleges, and (ii) does not directly pertain to the pending business of CCAOM at the meeting at which the presentation is to occur; and
- the organization will be responsible for all hotel costs associated with the luncheon, including food and beverage, audiovisual, and meeting room rental, as applicable.
